All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Egypt. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation request should be sent as a written document, via email. In the event the cancellation is requested 30 days or more from the scheduled booking date, it will be subjected to a 6% fee being deducted from the total amount (for booking fees, tour fees, or otherwise). With respect to cancellation requests running up to the scheduled booking date, the following fees will be applied:

* Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire booking price will be deducted.

* Between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, 25% of the entire booking price will be deducted.

* Between 7 and 4 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire booking price will be deducted.

* Between 3 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire booking price will be deducted.

Refunds:

Any refunds will normally be made to the same card account, using the same method the original payment was processed with. As per the above, no refunds are possible if you don’t show up on the scheduled date.

Tipping:

Tipping is a customary way of expressing your satisfaction with good services rendered by staff. You’re not obliged to tip staff, however it’s a very pleasant way of showing your appreciation.

Complaints:

Acceptance of this agreement:

The Contract constituted by the Company’s acceptance of the Client’s booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
